Non è raro il caso di Artisti che scrivono anche poesie e viceversa, e non è da meno l’esperienza di Paola Scialpi, che ci fa dono di questo libro (I colori di una vita), che recano come sottotitolo Diario di un’Artista. Questo libro è in realtà un vero piccolo canzoniere d’amore per la vita e l’arte ed è impreziosito dai disegni che incastonano versi (perlopiù sestine e ottave e altre forme brevi), 30 poesie e 30 disegni, che hanno la grazia dell’armonia e della consapevolezza, corroborate da un’energia positiva che attraversa tutto il libro ma che trova in alcuni disegni il dono dell’esemplarità e dell’osmosi. Crowley si era davvero suicidato come sembrava? E qual era il ruolo di Pessoa in questa strana vicenda? In questo libro vengono riuniti in edizione italiana i documenti relativi allo straordinario incontro tra il famigerato occultista inglese e il poeta portoghese, tra cui l'integralità della loro corrispondenza e il romanzo che Pessoa scrisse sulla vicenda, scoperto solo in anni recenti e ancora inedito in Italia. "Mission de l'Inde en Europe" di Alexandre Saint-Yves d'Alveydre - titolo originale di quest'opera - è un libro citato molto spesso e al quale sovente ci si riferisce in ambito esoterico. La prima edizione del 1881 fu distrutta, per misteriosi motivi, dal suo autore e ne sopravvissero solo due copie che hanno permesso di ripubblicarla nel 1910 e nel 1981. Viene tradotto e edito in italiano come "Il regno di Agarttha" perché il suo nucleo ideale e fattuale è la descrizione visionaria di questo centro occulto, peraltro già noto in Occidente, anche se con alcune varianti nella trascrizione del suo nome, ma di cui per la prima volta quest'opera parla diffusamente. È scritto con linguaggio sovente criptico e in tono enfatico e oracolare, con numerosi riferimenti a avvenimenti e personaggi dell'epoca, tuttavia la presente edizione critica - che tiene conto delle precedenti pubblicazioni francesi, corredata da numerose note e arricchita da saggi critici che ricostruiscono la figura di Saint-Yves d'Alveydre, dell'enigmatico "principe orientale" che lo iniziò, delle sue complesse idee e delle intenzioni che si proponeva - rende questo testo accessibile ai lettori italiani.

Giovanni Ronzoni è tra quei rari artisti contemporanei (perlopiù votati al marketing monotematico del mercato) interdisciplinari, multidisciplinari esegeti di un'arte totale, poliedrica e Rinascimentale (Architettura, scultura, arte, poesia, design), sulla scia degli amati maestri Le Corbusier e Munari...dotato di Visione futura, CreAttività illimitata e poesia appesa alle grucce della sua immaginazione. Della sua Architettura sviluppata sul concetto di “Sottrazione”, nessuno meglio di lui stesso può parlarne: “L’architettura è il risultato di una sottrazione della realtà, un azzeramento, alla ricerca dell’anima del luogo e di chi la abita. Resta solo l’essenziale materia e spiritualità.”

I tanti progetti realizzati sono a testimonianza di questa poetica, ma la cosa che colpisce subito del suo lavoro (e non solo Architettonico) non è tanto la sintesi che riesce a cogliere e a donarci, quanto la carezza esistenziale e il respiro di bellezza che le sue opere restituiscono, dalle sculture rosse messe su alcuni edifici da lui realizzati, ai libri d’artista o poesie visive sempre in contaminazione tra parola e immagine, pensiero e realtà, fino a scavare l’anima delle cose.
